I dont think punishment is deserved if there is no other history of abuse. Usually when people die of exercertion there is some underlying condition that hasnt been diagnosed.

I can't figure out if this is serious or not. It's tantamount to saying "I don't think punishment is deserved if there is no other history of murder."
The child was forced to run until she died for christ sake
