Depends on a few factors. How low are your tires? For example mine usually take 36 pounds, and were down to 30 pounds. In that case I would not add air. If you are below 25 pounds then maybe.

However I would only add air if you have access to a heated garage. Compressed air also contains that much more moisture per litre of air, so the air coming out is more humid. At tempatures like this you could end up having a valve freeze open; which would make things worse.
