Overrated - Inglorious Basterds. Thought it was complete rubbish and felt horribly disappointed.
Underrated - Gattica has been mentioned a few times, great movie. I also think Dark City was a pretty cool movie.
I liked that Life (the tv show) was mentioned as underrated. I was pissed when it got cancelled.
