The "many" need to lighten up. People can memorialize things in their own way.

This reminds me of the people that think President Obama (candidate at the time) was disrespecting the U.S. because he didn't put his hand over his heart during the national anthem/pledge of allegiance, or the people that freak out because some elected official didn't wear an American flag pin on their lapel.
