I have no idea what your point is in the second sentence. First you're saying he didn't lead with his head, now you're saying you always lead with your head. Which one is it? He came through with both his head and his shoulder, like I said they are not mutually exclusive. I don't think it was a dirty hit, and with the receiver lowering his body position and the speed of the play there wasn't much he could have done differently, but it's not a terrible call by any means.
Don't get your panties in a wad sally, to tackle someone you have to lead with your head, but that doesn't mean that he made a tackle with his head. It must be hard to distinguish the two so here are two examples for you... (both this weekend)

That's leading with your head, can you spot the difference? It's unfortunate that the kid was hurt, but the play was a legal hit that wasn't malicious at all. It's also kinda ironic a school that is bitching about this hit is also the one that was "playing until the echo of the whistle" when they purposely injured Danny Wuerffel in 96?
