5.1, I probably could have done without but how ####ing lazy are they that there was no formatting for a widescreen TV? It means you have to stretch the image or watch with bars on the top and the sides.

Admittedly, I haven't watched the DVDs with the "original" releases. I assumed they were widescreen presented in a 4:3 ratio - I don't know if I'm describing that right, I mean with black bars on all sides. Like you know how 16:9 commercials are shown on SD 4:3 channels? Like that.



If that assumption was wrong, then my my bad.

I don't think Vader died as a Jedi I guess. I took 'Return of the Jedi' to mean, "Hey, Luke's a Jedi now!" I get where you're coming from re: the redemption stuff, and the change was completely unnecessary. It just doesn't bother me as much I guess.
