We painted our house when we moved in and the best paint ended up being CIL/Glidden from WalMart, of all placed. It was very cheap for a tub, and went on the walls excellent, and didn't pull from the wall when taking the tape off.
As we cleared out WalMart, we ended up getting General Paint (twice as expensive) for the rest and have nothing, but bad things to say about General Paint. It took numerous coats compared to the "cheap stuff" at WalMart and sure pulled off the wall badly when taking tape off.
I guess what I'm saying is sometimes the most expensive paint isn't the best.
