Definitely part of it, but I also think it has a ton to do with the fact that he's a well-known hater of TC. So if he flip-flops and "can't make up his mind" all summer, then he can skip it. I've been saying this for years. And the last go-round, what happened? He officially signed with the Vikes the DAY AFTER training camp ended. There's not a doubt in my mind that's what it was. He wants to play, he's just a lazy SOB.
