Usually of the top 20 rounds, you'll likely sign 80+%. However, it has happened in the past where they've signed every player they drafted (I think the Rios draft was the last time that happened)
High School players taken after the 15th round usually won't sign, and I know there's a couple in there. College players usually sign because they don't really have anywhere to go after.
I'd look for about 60% of the list to eventually get signed. The big ones are pretty much all the guys taken in the top 10 rounds.
AA added an additional rookie ball team this offseason (we now have 3), so it might be possible that even more guys get signed than that.
