I know what you mean. I crashed my bike three weeks ago training for the ride to conquer cancer and dislocated my elbow. Got my splint off at the end of last week and hadn't done any exercising for 2 1/2 weeks. I decided to go for a run on Saturday as I was a little worried about blowing out my elbow on a bike. I went for an hour run, but it was crazy, my legs have been sore for the last three days. I finally got back on my bike today and it felt great. I'm getting back on the road...
