The man is completely incapable of driving down the field 5-10 yeards at a time. Every team realizes this, but alas since the top CB's go to the NFL and the CDN ratio pretty much ensures that you have to have an inept or slow Canadian safety, it allows them the play this way. Exciting for the casual fan because a TD can happen on every play, akin to watching someone play with Jeremy Roenick in NHL '94 for football purist.
