What a complete waste of time and money that would be. He admitted his guilt many times, for many attacks against the US and other countries.
I, for one, agree with the policy of eliminating people like this, however possible. Bullet to the head, grenade through the window, I don't care. If you go on record taking credit for the murder of thousands of people, be advised that the US and other countries will continue to hunt for you until you're dead.

Trials are for people that might not be guilty.
