So, can someone explain the large difference in BMR calculators on myfitnesspal and other sites?
myfitness pal shows my BMR at ~2150 calories ... but if I cut that by 1000 to lose the safe 2 pounds a week, I'd die. Other sites show it in the high 2000's like 2900.
Any insight?
