Some people like TVs, some people have a horse, some people collect antiques. Whatever floats your boat. (some people like boats, too)
Your opinion is valid, but it's needlessly condescending. Going 110 on Deerfoot is not a car's sole purpose. Some people get a thrill from dropping a gear and taking a corner. Some people spend a big chunk of their time in their cars. Not everyone drives to the office and then parks for 8 hours. And of those that do, some of them like driving somewhere on the weekend.
