Subcutaneous fat is the fat that is located directly under the skin. Visceral fat is the fat that basically surrounds your organs for padding. (Cellulite etc)
Visceral fat is the type of fat that surrounds organs. (Beer gut)
You have both types of fat, it's just that HIIT targets one type and not the other
