Level C First Aid and AED through St. Johns Ambulance paid for by my work. I just took the course in November 2010 and it was 2 breaths for 30 compressions. So have they changed it again?

I've never had to use CPR, but have had to use First Aid skills multiple times.

In the 2 day St. Johns course you do everything, CPR, AED, Infant resuscitation etc. Highly recommended. If you can get your work to pay for it, these are great skills to have and can save someones life.
