Kobe Bryant has been one of the most hated players in the NBA for years now, and there's evidence as recent as the finals last year and how many people were cheering against him. Stop making the argument that fans have put him on a pedestal Lebron should look up to in terms of his character and attitude over his career.
The reason the two are viewed differently is simply because Kobe Bryant has 5 championships to his name while Lebron has 0. The latest memory people have of Lebron in the playoffs is game 6 vs the Celtics.
