Speak for yourself, I was having a blast with my Microsoft Sidewinder joystick firing my leech missiles from my Wraith at you.
One day, I decided to login to the Origin Systems BBS because I discovered you could download addons for Wing Commander Armada from their BBS (days before internet). Unfortunately they were in Houston or something and at that age, I didn't realize that dialing in with my 28.8K modem would incur horrendous long distance charges. My parents weren't very happy with that. I actually downloaded a ton of huge .wav files to replace my in game taunts with clips from TV shows, etc. foolishly not realizing that I would be the only one to hear them and not the people on the other computers which defeated the purpose.
