As for games that didn't age well, I'm thinking all the first-generation 3D games like Metal Gear Solid, FF7, etc. The 3D graphics were nifty, but the models/textures so primitive they just appear like horribly deformed blobs by even old standard.

I still enjoy playing Metal Gear Solid. The whole game was revolutionary, and really gave the Playstation one of its first BIG hits. Characters, controls, and story were all top notch.
