I am just finishing week 3 of p90x lean, and hope not to fall into this week 4 trap. Big reason for me trying this was because of hearing Jim Rome talk about it everyday.
Anyways, I love the results so far and fully intend to move on to p90x classic for round two when i finish. After reading through this thread, I think I.m also going to sub plyo for kenpo, because p90x lean does not include plyo and i hear great things about it.
I also do not follow the nutrition guide but find myself eating much better. Why go through all the effort of the workouts only to throw it out the door with a poor diet.
