Sounds like a sour Raider fan to me. IMO one of the main reason that these guys were drafted in the first place was to help the Chiefs bolster what was a woeful return game last year.
The Chiefs don't try to pretend that they're a mano a mano group of stud athletes who will beat you one on one. They know damn well that they need to put in a group effort, and that they need to win the return yardage battle in every game. Paying attention to details like this will make the difference between a talent lacking squad scratching out an 8-8 record while the super athlete team who doesnt' watch details continues to put up 5-11 records in spite of all their talent.
McCluster and Arenas deserved praise last night because when you factor in the 160 punt return yards, the 40 yards on the fumble return and kick return yardage, suddenly that 400 to 197 total offence imbalance evens out.
