If this were about male guards watching two dudes having sex, there would have been a lot of gay porn jokes.

If it were about female guards watching two dudes having sex, there would have been a lot of gay porn jokes.

If it had been about female guards watching two females having sex, there would have been similar jokes to what's in the original thread.

That thread/article isn't an example of any sort of sexism, it's an example of a situation that is inherently funny regardless of gender.
