I don't find it terribly difficult. Healthy habits are as easy to fall into as unhealthy habits. I've pretty much eliminated junk and convenience food from my diet.
It takes about five minutes to wash and chop up your daily requirement of fruits and vegetables.
Instead of a bag of potato chips, try chopping up some baby cucumbers, radishes, daikon, purple top turnips or bell pepper and sprinkle with a herb/spice blend like Mrs. Dash.
