$200? Rogers Data ECF is only $100. Man, Telus is just ridiculous.
The other thing I'm not too crazy about either, is their terminology around their 6GB offering. They're just calling it "bonus data" instead of an actual data plan. In other words, if you already have 1GB in your existing plan, then you get 5GB of bonus data. If you have 2GB, you get 4GB of bonus data. 3Gb gets you 3GB, etc etc.
Yes, you still end up with 6GB, but the term "bonus" implies that it can be taken away. Whereas, with Rogers and Bell, it's an actual data plan... meaning the only way you can ever lose it is if you tell them to take it off your account yourself. Even if your contract expires, it will still be there on a month to month basis. Bonus data (like minutes) does not work that way.
You could wake up 6 months from now with an email informing you that the bonus data will expire at the end of the month.
