Nice work. Companies should really pay attention when people make the effort to complain. Most don't write letters or even complain over the phone. They just suck it up and next time they go somewhere else.

I don't like the idea of paying a company just to be their customer. The subsidy of the phone is the $200, the monthly bill is the cost of the service, the $35 is nothing.
