Daly has dropped to -4, in a tie for 17th, and Tiger has dropped to -3, in a tie for 26th.

Daly hasn't finished top-10 in a major since he won this tournament 15 years ago.

Mickelson hit a 20-foot birdie on 18 to get to E for the tournament, right on the cut line currently.
