Like I said these guys aren't gangs. They immigrated from Sudan about 10 years ago and the government dumped them into Forest Lawn and other S.E areas. They like to stay in groups but are usually harmless. I've lived in Forest Lawn for 25 years so I'd like to think I would know if there were any gangs in my area. Hookers, bums, deadbeats yes but definitely no gangs other than the FOB and FOB killers who almost all live in Forest Lawn and surrounding areas.
