We all have our theories, but it would be nice to see more than a one liner...

Very important in the economy of the finale is watching the pilot again. When Jack goes out on the beach, he turns his head to the right and there is perfect silence and a perfect untouched sand and water. Then he turns his head to the left, and we do not see what is it that he sees. And then he makes a few steps and reality kind of “blurs” and he is all of the sudden in the middle of an inferno – the plane crash – noises, people crying, engine etc. There’s NO WAY someone could have “missed” all that and watched first to the right. he is practically “recreating” a reality.
Well you didn't even understand Kimmell and what he was saying at all.

Jimmy Kimmel last night..."The Life on the Island was his real life"

"and maybe each of the characters have there own story and own test"

Not a quote from JK last night but explains it
"still think people believe the island was purgatory. It wasn't. The flash sideways was what we are calling purgatory...The island was real, everything that happened there was real, Hurley and Ben continued to protect the island after Jack died...Sawyer and the scooby gang left the island and continued to have lives...it was only in some "time" that wasn't "time" in the future when they all died that they came together to move on, really move on."
