Since January I have dropped 25 lbs by altering my diet. This week I started running at lunch so I should see my weight loss increase. Ideally I would like to drop another 20 lbs or so. At least I'm doing some kind of exercise (running at lunch) and I still have some time to unwind at night.
I find this much more suitable to my situation.

well at least you've fixed your diet and are losing weight. do what you can, whenever you can and things will work out.
if you have time to run at lunch, is there anywhere you could do p90x instead of running?
