I suppose you are right but right now I have a very busy schedule. I get to work at 7 am, home around 5ish. Hang out with the kids till they go to bed at 9 pm. The last thing I want to do is go workout to 10:30 at night and then get up and do it all again the next day.
Since January I have dropped 25 lbs by altering my diet. This week I started running at lunch so I should see my weight loss increase. Ideally I would like to drop another 20 lbs or so. At least I'm doing some kind of exercise (running at lunch) and I still have some time to unwind at night.
I find this much more suitable to my situation.
