These girls probably just want to make some headlines.
I also don't see the need for some posters to rag on people's "biblical" beliefs.
Whether you like it or not, these common values and stories have been shared and passed down from family's and churches for thousands of years.
Now I know the new generation of adults/children are going progressively atheist, and I understand that.
On the other hand, just because these girls are homosexuals shouldn't mean that they don't have the right to partake in prom. But lets look at this from the outside.
What would it be like if they were all over each other on the dancefloor? Myself I would be ready to throw up. There is also a flipside to this, what if they were male?
I say, these girls can be "straight" for one more night.
The whole thing smells of attention.
Besides what other reason would they bring the whole thing to the forefront unless they were planning on getting busy at prom?
They could just go as two girls, and all of this attention could never have happened.
I STILL, don't understand why it has to be such an "event" to come out of the closet.
