I think you want a low tech approach:

If you want it online, just take a picture of it once a day and post that on a wiki/sharepoint site or email the snapshot out.
Make your customers rank the priority of bugs and features - avoid terms like high/low/medium, actually make them say this is number one, this two this three and so on.
I've used a few of the tools above but by far the simple task/feature/story boards work the best.
