Not dodging anything. Wealthier people are better able to afford better transportation, are they not? Does not higher incomes beget privilege? Someone with money wants to pay more to park closer to a venue?

Business owner wants to bestow certain perks to a particular demographic that does not violate charter of rights? His business decision. He either blunders or profits from it.
You guys keep yammering on about how it's okay to categorize someone based on the brand of automobile they drive. That to me is pretty shallow. Especially if you start condoning vandalism (or even wishing personal inconvenience).
Personally, the hybrid-only parking stall sounds like a bit of a fad. It'll probably die out soon enough.
