I'm with you. As benign and innocent as those two examples appear to be, I can understand the Legions need to crack down on anyone trying piggy back on the symbolism associated with the poppy, for any reason. The poppy has lost enough of it's symbolic importance with many people today, could you imagine if we had 100 charities using it?
