I've been following 4 simple rules for approximately 5 weeks and am down almost 20 pounds.

1) Completely cut out sugar drinks (including Coke.. my weakness), fast food and watch my sugar.

2) Work out daily. 25-45 minutes hard cardio. Bike, swim or run

3) If my grandmother wouldn't understand the ingredients of a product on a grocery store shelf, don't eat it.
