As I said this would be the closest game. Obviously it is subjective and I dont think you could prove what you are trying to say. Maybe last year that was the case but I know that back in the golden age of college football (20's), a college team could take a pro team any day. Most college players would not play pro because there was no money to be made. It wasn't until the galloping ghost that the pro players could start to make a good living (relative to other college grads).

As far as the Canadian vs. the American gridiron game the best comparison that I can think of is in highschool. My highschool never played an American team so I can't compare personally, but I played against highschools who played Americans every few years. When my little bro played peewee they would go down and play teams from Montana and the games were pretty close so that that FWIW. Can anyone who has played both rules weight in?
