Tiger Woods cleared the air Tuesday, saying he was not fined for critical remarks about a rules official during the final round of the Bridgestone Invitational.
Woods was responding to a PGA Tour official who told The Associated Press on Monday that he would be fined for his comment.
"I've heard from the tour, and there's no fine," Woods said. "That was an erroneous report."
