Interesting little video.
The guy mentioned the "Freeman Movement" and suggested that the cops look into it. I don't know if the cops did but I did and the first hit I got on google was this;

It's essentially a rundown of how some Freemen are selling (for hundreds of
actual dollars) the "knowledge" to other Freemen and potential Freemen.
Turns out the secrets are not so secret, and some Freemen are paying other Freemen real money for chintzy videos and information that you can find on the internet for free. The customers are not happy about it, because they feel they are getting scammed.
Who does a wronged freeman run to when he's been ripped off?
A cynical person just might wonder if a believer/promoter of this philosophy avoids answering direct questions for free because he'd prefer to sell the answers to those same questions for money.
