Take a Blacks Law dictionary - This is what Lawyers use to study Law among other law dictionaries.
Look up "driver" - Driver - One
employed in conducting or operating a coach, carriage, wagon, or other vehicle, with horses, mules, or other animals, or a bicycle, tricycle, or motor car, though not a street railroad car.
DBlack's Law Dictionary, 3rd Ed
''Motor vehicle'' means every description of carriage or other contrivance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes on the highways in the transportation of passengers, passengers and property, or property or cargo;
So does this mean you?
Every time it say's Driver in the Motor Vehicle act - this is what it means.
Same with Motor Vehicle - now look at a ticket YOU received with this definition.
Don't take a Lawyer's word for anything. Thay ALL made an oath. This mean their Moms as well can't get full help and will be tried under this crap.
Again - take a Blacks Law and reference ANY word.
MUST means MAY in Law. - You CAN NOT be force into anything. However, you can be bullied... The Law society likes that.
