Glad you started this thread, I'm looking for a used car as well (although older than what you're looking for).
Can anyone offer me any advise on buying from a private seller vs a used car lot? It seems to me from the ads I've seen used car lots are pricier and a seem a bit less forthcoming about details such as km's. They just seem a bit shadier. Is this mistrust legitimate, or is there good deals to be had at used car lots?
