Thumbs down Really bad service!! Rocky mountain pools and spas

I recently decided to trade in the old hot tub for a new one. I was getting a few bucks in trade in for the old one so I WAS happy. This was on May 9/2009.

On may 10 I created a new proper pad for my tub with an electrical trench underneath and was planning on buying the material for a pergola to be built over top as I was moving the location of said (new) hottub to the side of the house.

Today I called and asked for my money back.....AS I paid in full in advance.

Why? I was originally promised a 2 week delivery including placement in my yard, wiring to my box etc etc.

I never received a why, a sorry any type of remorse. This wasnt from just one person but from 3 different people. I have never had such poor service and such a bad attitude from this company as I have bought all of my chemicals and parts from them for over 5 years.

I guess customer loyalty no longer exists and I am as the consumer am really really dissappointed. Needless to say if your going to by a hot springs spa ....dont go there!!!

Now here's hoping I ACTUALLY get my money back
