The problem with drinking just 2% milk instead of chocolate milk is you're not getting the 4:1 ratio of carbs/protein.

But, try normal milk if you want, or soy milk. Both are very much alike, outside of the taste.

If you recover well.....keep using it.

Chocolate milk is cheap, and effective. That is why I recommend it. But, its not the only thing that works.

If your diet is pretty good, you get enough sleep....but your workouts are seriously lagging, its a good indication that your PWO drink isn't giving your body what it needs.
