Making pasta with the pasta roller attachment for a Kitchen Aid stand mixer is tricky....but so much fun. Getting the right consistency to the dough is the tough part.

I've been contemplating tricking out my kitchen aid with the pasta roller or some of the other attachments. The flour mill grinder also appeals to me; I really want to start making breads and pasta and such starting with unprocessed grain. Have you got any of the other attachments?
