I have been pretty happy with Shaw. I love my PVR other than the fact that Dexter always starts 5 mins late so I miss the last freaking 5 mins and there is nothing I can do about it, other than record the SD version *shudder*.
I am not on the phone with them very often, maybe I am just lucky. *knocks on wood*
