As I understand it, and I am no vitamin nut, Vitamin C is water soluable, which means it is really hard to take too much. Whatever your body doesn't immediately need you pee out, so it doesn't store any of it. This is why you need to have a consistant source of it.
I can imagine that taking a huge amount of it might be damaging, like 50X RDI or soemthing, but 333% is nothing. A small glass of OJ has 100% of your daily intake, and I don't see no warning labels!
