Have to disagree. Belkin anything seems to blow the eff up for me.

UPS's, Wireless Routers, Print Servers, anything...none of it works properly. If they can't build a decent UPS I don't see how they can make a good FM transmitter.

Second the MONSTER suggestion though. Overpriced, but at least they seem to be solid products.
