You're right, I dont think that would ever happen. Despite the fact that Superman Returns was a bit of a letdown, Superman is still the king of all superheroes, and probably has a larger fanbase than Batman(or anyone else) does. I can't imagine how many people they would p*** off if they just up and turned Superman into a villian. I really don't see it.
