x2.
Every time I open it I have invitations to join some dumb thing and the home page feed is riddled with crap about my friends buying other friends for $1,271 and a sponsored link to a realtor in Vancouver.
If it wasn't for the pictures (I love looking at friends' pictures) and the fact that people use it for communication more than email these days, I'd just delete my account.
The other thing that I like about it is that it does keep me in touch with people overseas and in other cities. Where ordinarily (in the strictly email days) I would have to either receive an email from them or randomly think about them and email them, I now see their picture pop up on facebook and I think "haven't talked to him or her lately... I should send a message".
