Speed Kills. Bad driving kills, but speed does as well. Yes some accidents are caused by driver error, but many are made worse or created all on their own because of speed.

There is no such thing as an accident. Every collision can be attributed to driver error. Cars don't just start up and start crashing into each other on their own.
