Raclette is a DIY meal kind of along the lines of Fondue and surprise, it's Swiss.

We use cheese (Raclette cheese, Gouda, Havarti) melted with pretty much anything, italian deli-meats, veggies etc spread over baby potatoes. Oh so yummy.

They can be found at Springbank Cheese Co, 14th street and 20th avenue location for sure.
Raclette - Another good idea - got one for my mom at the cooking store in Strathcona (I think it is called Happy Cooker).

I'm very happy with my iPod Classic (80 or 160 GB):

How about making your own wine?
